The Silver Eagle Coin Company is pleased to offer 2017 Australian Silver Swan Coins. The 2017 Silver Swan had a limited mintage of only 25,000 coins made of 0.9999 fine silver. This coin is the first year of issue in what is expected to be an annual series of one ounce limited mintage silver bullion coins with a new swan design each year, similar to the popular Koala and Kookaburra coin series from the Perth Mint.

Each coin is gem brilliant uncirculated with a gorgeous proof-like finish and is 40.6 mm in diameter. Each coin contains one ounce 0.9999 pure silver, with a $1.00AUS face value per coin -- making it a "legal tender" coin in Australia. Obviously, the face value is largely symbolic since the intrinsic silver value and numismatic value is much greater than the face value.
