Offered here are 2008 silver eagles graded "nearly perfect" MS69 by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation -- one of the leaders in third party coin certification. The coins are encapsulated in special "Early Release" holders by NGC which means the coins were issued by the US Mint during the first month of the annual release.
